- Physical Therapy/Applied Physical Education:

The goal of physical therapy is to help special needs children develop the skills needed to achieve their highest level of gross motor function ability. In most cases an activity or game will be created to make the task fun for each child. Once again, it is important to know what the child likes to do or wants to learn how to do. A
token reward system may be implemented like all other categories to ensure maximum concentration. All of these attributes can also be covered within the “Special Needs Therapeutic Surf Instruction” program.
